1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FinlandPackage.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. FinlandPackage.com is a brand operated by Lestacworld Holiday Planners LLP, a registered travel company in India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FinlandPackage.com provides Finland travel packages, tour bookings, hotel reservations, activity bookings, and related travel services to Indian travellers. All services are provided through Lestacworld Holiday Planners LLP in partnership with local Finland-based operators and service providers.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking deposit as specified in your package quotation.

3.2 All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. TCS (Tax Collected at Source) may apply as per prevailing Indian tax regulations.

3.3 GST invoices are issued by Lestacworld Holiday Planners LLP for all payments.

3.4 Balance payments are due as per the schedule specified in your booking confirmation, typically 30–45 days before departure.

3.5 Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in local taxes. We will notify you of any material changes before final payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@finlandpackage.com or via WhatsApp.

4.2 The following cancellation charges apply (as a percentage of total tour cost):

• More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total cost
• 45–60 days before departure: 25% of total cost
• 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost (no refund)

4.3 Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14–21 business days to the original payment method.

4.4 Cancellation charges for flights, glass igloos, and special bookings may differ and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability. Lestacworld Holiday Planners LLP is not responsible for losses that would have been covered by travel insurance.

6. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date) and the correct visa for Finland (Schengen visa for Indian citizens). We provide visa assistance and documentation support but cannot guarantee visa approval, which is solely at the discretion of the Embassy.

7. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, flight changes, natural events, local regulations, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide comparable alternatives at no additional cost where possible.

8. Force Majeure

Lestacworld Holiday Planners LLP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, airline disruptions, or civil unrest.

9. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on FinlandPackage.com including text, images, and design is the property of Lestacworld Holiday Planners LLP unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
